We sit with some of your engineers for one full day, look at the architecture, look at the code, understand the code, run some tools, and write a report containing an evaluation of the situation, and an evaluation of the technical debt with recommended actions.

Whether you develop following Agile methodologies or a more traditional process, you might wonder why the delivery is not on arrival with your expectations. 

We talk online or on site to your management and team members (1 hour with each team member), we then participate with your development teams to the planning and review meetings. We then produce a document that explains the findings and the recommended actions.

The work takes approximately a week.

Today's trend is at integrating AI in all applications, this creates both opportunities and threats.

We discuss for 2 hours  about your business and its digital operations and opportunities. After this initial contact, we meet again after a week. We present to you what we found as threats and opportunities for your business for one hour.  

After your feedback, we create a report with direct actionable items.

Price: 1'400 CHF

If you are experiencing issues with the quality of your software and AI models, for example if bugs reach your customers, or if you have unexpected bugs that you cannot fix, we are here to help.

We first evaluate the level of your quality measures. We then make a recommendation and follow up with your team at regular intervals.

Price: Initial evaluation 3'900CHF

Follow ups: 250-300CHF per hour

In some cases, your in-house team does not have the capacity or competency to take recommendations and implement them.

We also provide a traditional consulting service for engineering quality, training personnel and implement innovative techniques, tailored for your specific needs.

Price:  250-400CHF per hour

Many of our customers need to hold workshops on digital innovation. Others need trainings on software quality or software engineering.

Price: 900CHF per day per participant
